Lexus RX family welcomes a new member RX 300 priced from 380,000 yuan

BITECH On September 28, LEXUS Lexus welcomed a new member of the RX family of medium and large luxury SUVs, the RX 300. On the basis of the current RX fully electrified model lineup, pure fuel models have been added to enrich the selection of RX models.

The new RX 300 delivers outstanding handling performance with a lightweight, high-rigidity body. Equipped with a new generation of inline four-cylinder 2.0L turbocharged engine + 8-speed automatic transmission (Direct Shift-8AT), it can output a maximum power of 182kW, providing the driver with an exciting, fast and agile driving experience.

Achieve excellent performance while being both environmentally friendly and economical. The wider transmission ratio range allows for both strong start acceleration and better fuel economy at high cruising speeds. The clutch control system of the new torque converter enables locking from low speed to full acceleration, resulting in a more linear and direct driving experience. The engine uses the D-4ST fuel injection system, which can precisely control the fuel system and turbocharger according to driving conditions, achieving low fuel consumption and increased low-speed torque, easily adapting to a variety of driving needs. The variable cooling system provides excellent cooling and warm-up performance according to engine operating conditions, further enhancing engine performance and helping to balance fuel consumption and air conditioning efficiency.

The new RX 300 uses an electronically controlled OurHours four-wheel drive system, which can provide real-time and accurate dynamic control of the vehicle’s front/rear axle power output (75:25 to 50:50) through a variety of sensor information (including but not limited to wheel speed sensors, steering angle sensors, etc.) according to the driving situation, providing excellent driving stability and smooth driving comfort.
